Growing up in Grenada with my grandmother made me appreciate how entrepreneurship can impact generations. It's important that the private and public sectors invest in policies and programs that encourage the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Mentoring is a passion of mine. My professional growth was shaped by mentors investing in me. Giving back to communities of color is important to break generational disparities.
